Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Rotisserie chicken works well.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded For extra gooeyness.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the topping

  • 1 cup pizza sauce Choose your favorite kind.
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, olives) Customize as desired.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  • Mix until well combined and spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet to form a thin layer.

Baking the crust

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the center is firm.
  • Remove the crust from the oven.

Topping and final bake

  • Spread pizza sauce over the chicken crust.
  • Add your desired toppings and sprinkle additional cheese if desired.
  • Return to the oven and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Allow to cool slightly, then slice and serve.
