Chicken Crust Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 4 small mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/2 small bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until evenly incorporated.
  • Press the chicken mixture firmly onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a round pizza crust about 1/4-inch thick.
  • For a crispier crust, pre-bake the crust in the oven for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
  • Remove the crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the surface. Add sliced mushrooms, chopped bell pepper, and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Once done, let the pizza cool slightly, slice it up, and enjoy!
