Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until evenly incorporated.
Press the chicken mixture firmly onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a round pizza crust about 1/4-inch thick.
For a crispier crust, pre-bake the crust in the oven for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
Remove the crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the surface. Add sliced mushrooms, chopped bell pepper, and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Once done, let the pizza cool slightly, slice it up, and enjoy!
