2boneless skinless chicken breastschickencut into 1-inch pieces
3clovesgarlicminced
1cupheavy cream
1/2cupparmesan cheesefreshly grated
to tastesalt
to tasteblack pepper
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions. In the last 2–3 minutes of boiling, add the broccoli. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5–7 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and let simmer for 3–4 minutes. Stir in parmesan until melted and smooth.
Add cooked pasta and broccoli to the sauce. Toss in the chicken and mix well. Let everything heat together for 2–3 minutes.
Serve hot with extra parmesan or lemon juice if desired.
