Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts skinless and boneless
  • 2 cups broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 lemon lemon juiced
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 7-10 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the broccoli to the skillet, cover, and cook for 4-5 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still vibrant green.
  • Stir in the soy sauce and lemon juice. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt or pepper as needed.

Notes

This dish is perfect for a quick and healthy meal. Feel free to add red pepper flakes for a little heat or experiment with different sauces to create your own variations.
