Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. short pasta (rotini or penne work great)
  • 2 1/2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or chopped (rotisserie chicken works well)
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 9-inch baking dish.
  • In the baking dish, mix uncooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, chicken broth, and chopped chicken.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper over the mixture and stir well.
  • Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove foil and spread shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Return to oven uncovered and bake for another 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
