  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy alternatives)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Adjust based on yogurt sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit (like berries or banana slices) Use your choice of toppings.

Optional Toppings

  • to taste nuts, seeds, granola, coconut flakes Add right before serving for crunch.

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and well-blended.
  • Add chia seeds to the yogurt mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
  • Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • After the pudding has set, stir the mixture to ensure there are no clumps of chia seeds.
  • Divide the chia seed pudding into serving bowls or jars.
  • Top with your choice of fresh or frozen fruit and any additional toppings like nuts, seeds, or granola.

Notes
