Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce for dipping

Seasoning and Other Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 spray cooking spray for greasing

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
  • Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 3 inches in diameter.
  • Place a small amount of mozzarella cheese and a couple of slices of pepperoni in the center of each biscuit.
  • Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal tightly, forming a ball.
  • Place the pizza bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture over the tops of the pizza bombs.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Serving

  • Remove from the oven, let them cool slightly, and serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

To prevent leakage during baking, ensure the biscuit dough is sealed tightly around the fillings. Store in an airtight container for up to three days in the refrigerator, or freeze for up to two months.
