Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked pasta fettuccine, penne, or your choice
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cooking Steps

  • In a large pot over medium heat, add the olive oil and let it warm up.
  • Add the chicken cubes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth, adding the uncooked pasta and Italian seasoning. Stir everything well to combine.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
  • Once the pasta is cooked, lower the heat, and stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until the cheese melts and creates a creamy sauce.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
