Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb full-fat cream cheese softened at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Soften the cream cheese at room temperature or microwave for about 10 seconds.
  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
  • Add sour cream and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Mix in powdered sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer the cheesecake dip into a serving bowl. Optionally, top with fresh fruits, caramel, or chocolate.
