Instructions
Soften the cream cheese at room temperature or microwave for about 10 seconds.
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
Add sour cream and mix until fully incorporated.
Mix in powdered sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy.
