Cooking the Pasta

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

Preparing the Beef

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it into smaller pieces as it cooks until fully browned.
  • Drain excess grease from the skillet.

Making the Sauce

  • Add cream cheese and sharp cheddar cheese to the skillet with cooked beef.
  • Sprinkle in garlic powder, salt, and onion powder, stirring continuously until the cheese melts and combines.
  • Slowly pour in the milk, stirring until a creamy sauce forms.

Combining

  • Once the sauce thickens, add the drained pasta and toss to coat evenly.
  • Serve immediately, optionally garnished with extra cheese or spices.
