Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 0.25 cup Vegetable Oil or Melted Butter
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder optional
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Herbs like oregano or thyme, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and dried herbs.
  • Fold in the shredded cheese until it's evenly coated with the flour mixture.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil (or melted butter), and egg until smooth.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
  • Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and pour the batter into it, smoothing the top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the bread to cool for at least 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Slice and enjoy warm, or serve with butter or your favorite spreads.
