Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 cups Pasta Shells
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Parmesan or mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Season the steak pieces with Cajun seasoning, ensuring even coverage.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak bites and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned.
  • Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and combined into a creamy sauce.
  • Add the cooked pasta and steak back into the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
