Instructions
Season the steak pieces with Cajun seasoning, ensuring even coverage.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak bites and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned.
Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and combined into a creamy sauce.
Add the cooked pasta and steak back into the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
