Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cooked Pasta penne or rotini works great
  • 1 pound Chicken Breast cooked and shredded
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened for easy mixing
  • 1 cup Cajun Seasoning store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or mozzarella for a delicious melt
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth to create a creamy sauce
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream for added richness
  • 0.5 cup Diced Bell Pepper to add freshness
  • 0.5 cup Diced Onion for a touch of sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Cajun seasoning, shredded cheese, chicken broth, sour cream, diced bell peppers, diced onion, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and smooth it out.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden on top.
  • Let the dish cool for a few minutes before serving.
