In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Cajun seasoning, shredded cheese, chicken broth, sour cream, diced bell peppers, diced onion, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and smooth it out.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden on top.
Let the dish cool for a few minutes before serving.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. It can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
