Ingredients
  

Pasta Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta

Chicken and Seasoning

  • 2 breasts chicken, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

Creamy Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Vegetables

  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

To Taste

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • for serving Parmesan cheese
  • for garnish Fresh parsley

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the package, drain, and set aside.

Cooking Chicken

  • In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced chicken and sprinkle in the Cajun seasoning. Cook until the chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Sautéing Vegetables

  • In the same skillet, add the sliced bell pepper, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Making the Sauce

  • Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream; stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Allow the sauce to thicken slightly, about 5 minutes.

Combining Ingredients

  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix in the reserved pasta. Toss until well coated.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting flavors as desired.

Serving

  • Plate the Cajun Chicken Pasta, garnishing with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
