Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 3 large pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons paprika for seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Slice the chicken breasts lengthwise into thinner pieces for even cooking.
  • In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes.
  • Sprinkle 1 ½ tablespoons of the Cajun seasoning over the chicken and toss to coat. Add oil if grilling or baking.
  • For pan frying: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add oil, and cook the chicken for 5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  • For baking: Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C), place chicken in a baking dish, and bake for 25 minutes. Let rest before serving.
  • For grilling: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, grill chicken for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway through. Let rest before serving.
