boneless, skinless chicken breasts

avocado oil or olive oil

paprika
for seasoning

garlic powder

dried oregano

teaspoons
dried thyme
1
teaspoon
onion powder

teaspoon
cayenne pepper

teaspoon
ground black pepper

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
red pepper flakes
Instructions
Slice the chicken breasts lengthwise into thinner pieces for even cooking.
In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes.
Sprinkle 1 ½ tablespoons of the Cajun seasoning over the chicken and toss to coat. Add oil if grilling or baking.
For pan frying: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add oil, and cook the chicken for 5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
For baking: Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C), place chicken in a baking dish, and bake for 25 minutes. Let rest before serving.
For grilling: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, grill chicken for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway through. Let rest before serving.
