  • 1 ball burrata cheese Choose high-quality burrata for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Rinse and cut in half.
  • 1 avocado, diced Make sure it's ripe.
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves Tear into smaller pieces before adding.

Dressings and Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Best quality for drizzling.
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze For drizzling on top.
  • to taste salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.

Serving Accompaniments

  • 1 loaf fresh bread or crackers For serving alongside.

Preparation

  • Rinse the cherry tomatoes under cold water, cut each tomato in half and place them in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the diced avocado and gently toss the tomatoes and avocado together to combine.
  • Tear the fresh basil leaves into smaller pieces and add them to the bowl.
  • Drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.

Assembly

  • Carefully arrange the burrata cheese in the center of a serving platter.
  • Spoon the tomato and avocado mixture generously around the burrata.
  • Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top of the burrata cheese.
  • Serve with slices of fresh bread or crackers on the side.
