  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure it is at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Use your favorite brand or homemade.
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Adjust according to heat preference.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Freshly shredded is recommended.
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles Optional for those who enjoy blue cheese.
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • to taste Green onions, for garnish Optional.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Add in the shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until evenly coated.
  • Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles, mixing gently but thoroughly.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
