Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Add the shredded chicken and buffalo wing sauce to the skillet. Stir to coat evenly.
Stir in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Continue stirring until the cheeses melt and form a smooth sauce.
Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the buffalo chicken mixture. Mix gently to coat every piece.
Stir in the ranch or blue cheese dressing for a cool contrast to the spice.
