Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder Use high-quality cocoa for better flavor.
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar Packed.
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder Evenly distribute.
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Additives

  • 1 cup chocolate chips Optional for added flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter. Mix thoroughly.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix until glossy.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • If desired, fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Use a cookie scoop to drop dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets, leaving space in between.

Baking

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until set around the edges but slightly underbaked in the center.
  • Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
