Ingredients
  

For the chicken tenders

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Use panko for extra crunch.
  • 1/2 cup flour Can use gluten-free if needed.
  • 2 large eggs Beaten for coating.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper To taste.
  • Olive oil spray For coating the tenders.

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Prepare the breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.
  • Coat each chicken tender first in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs.

Cooking

  • Place the breaded chicken tenders in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded and lightly spray them with olive oil.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Serving

  • Serve hot with various dipping sauces and sides like salads or sweet potato fries.
