Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 ounce unflavored gelatin one packet
  • 10 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3-4 green onions or chives or a handful
  • 2 cups shrimp roughly chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1-2 dashes hot sauce
  • cocktail sauce for serving
  • crackers for serving

Instructions
 

  • Stir the unflavored gelatin into the water and let it bloom.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, mix the cream cheese and cream of mushroom soup until smooth.
  • Add the bloomed gelatin to the creamy mixture and stir until combined.
  • Fold in the chopped shrimp, green onions, mayonnaise, and hot sauce gently.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased brain-shaped mold and cover with plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to set.
  • Carefully unmold the shrimp spread onto a platter and serve with cocktail sauce and crackers.
