  • 2 cups plain yogurt (Greek or regular) Use full-fat or dairy-free yogurt for options.
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) Fresh is best, but frozen works too.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness to your preference.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances flavor.
  • 1 pinch salt Balances sweetness.

Toppings (optional)

  • crushed nuts, granola, or coconut shreds For added texture and flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • If using fresh blueberries, rinse them gently under cold water. For frozen blueberries, allow them to sit at room temperature for about 10 to 15 minutes to soften slightly.
  • In a small saucepan, combine the blueberries, honey (or maple syrup), and a pinch of salt over medium heat. Cook for about 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the blueberries break down and become syrupy. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt and vanilla extract. Mix well until fully integrated.
  • Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use an ice cream scoop or a spoon to drop dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the lined sheet.
  • Create swirls with the cooled blueberry mixture on the dollops. Aim for a marbled effect.
  • Sprinkle optional toppings if desired.
  • Freeze for 2-4 hours or until entirely frozen.
  • Once frozen, remove yogurt bites from parchment paper and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
