  • Add in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until you achieve a smooth batter.
  • Gently fold in the blueberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.

Cooking

  • Microwave the mug on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Check to see if it is cooked; if not, return to the microwave for additional 10-second intervals until the cake is set.

Serving

  • Let it cool slightly before enjoying. You can serve straight from the mug or transfer it onto a plate.
