black beans
14.5-ounce, drained and rinsed

garlic

olive oil
extra virgin

limes

cumin powder

chopped parsley
Instructions
Drain and rinse black beans thoroughly.
In a food processor, blend black beans, garlic, olive oil, lime juice, and cumin until smooth.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary; add more olive oil or water for creaminess if desired.
Transfer hummus to small ramekins or bowls and smooth the tops.
Decorate with candy eyes and sprinkle chopped parsley on top for hair.
Chill for about an hour if possible, then serve with dippers like tortilla chips or veggies.
