Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans black beans 14.5-ounce, drained and rinsed
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Drain and rinse black beans thoroughly.
  • In a food processor, blend black beans, garlic, olive oil, lime juice, and cumin until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary; add more olive oil or water for creaminess if desired.
  • Transfer hummus to small ramekins or bowls and smooth the tops.
  • Decorate with candy eyes and sprinkle chopped parsley on top for hair.
  • Chill for about an hour if possible, then serve with dippers like tortilla chips or veggies.
