Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease it.
  • Melt butter and sugar together in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat.
  • Whisk in eggs and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture.
  • In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
  • Fold in the Biscoff spread and crushed Biscoff cookies until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.

Notes

Feel free to swap any toppings with what you have on hand! You can also make the brownies extra gooey by slightly underbaking them.
