Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or your favorite blend
  • 10-12 pieces Corn Tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning according to package instructions and mix well.
  • In a separate dry skillet, warm the corn tortillas one by one until pliable.
  • Place a spoonful of seasoned beef on each tortilla, topped with shredded cheese, and roll tightly.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the rolled taquitos until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Drain on paper towels and serve warm with salsa and guacamole.

Notes
