Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Stir in the taco seasoning according to package instructions and mix well.
In a separate dry skillet, warm the corn tortillas one by one until pliable.
Place a spoonful of seasoned beef on each tortilla, topped with shredded cheese, and roll tightly.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the rolled taquitos until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Drain on paper towels and serve warm with salsa and guacamole.
