- 1 lb ground beef 454 g
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes optional
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
