- 1 lb ground beef 450 g
- 12 oz pasta 340 g – fettuccine, penne, rigatoni, or spaghetti
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water and cook the pasta until al dente. Save about 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
Brown the Ground Beef: Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, crumbling it as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper. Set the beef aside when done.
Make the Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for about a minute. Add heavy cream, simmer for a few minutes, and stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
