Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Parmesan, parsley, and black pepper.
Gently mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix to keep the meatballs tender.
Using a cookie scoop or spoon, form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
Place the meatballs onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes or until fully cooked.
If desired, transfer the meatballs to marinara sauce and simmer for an additional 10 minutes to soak up the flavor.

Feel free to customize these meatballs by adding extra herbs, spices, or even a cheese-filled center for a fun twist!
