Ingredients
  

  • Cooked Rice
  • 200 grams Beef Thinly sliced flank, skirt, or sirloin steak
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Carrots
  • 1/2 cup Peas
  • 2 stalks Scallions Use both white and green parts
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 eggs Eggs
  • 2 cloves Garlic

Instructions
 

  • Make sure your rice is cold and separated. Thinly slice the beef against the grain. Dice veggies, beat eggs, and have sauces measured.
  • Heat half the oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add beef and cook quickly until just browned. Remove and set aside.
  • Add a bit more oil to the pan. Pour in the beaten eggs and stir until softly set. Push to one side or remove from the pan.
  • Add garlic and the white parts of scallions. Stir in carrots and peas. Cook until just tender.
  • Break apart any clumps of rice and stir-fry until warmed through.
  • Return beef and eggs to the pan. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well and adjust salt or pepper.
  • Toss in green scallion tops. Serve hot, garnished with extra scallions or a fried egg on top.

Notes

Feel free to swap out vegetables based on what you have at home. This recipe is highly customizable!
