Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Beef Thinly sliced rib-eye or sirloin
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 inch Ginger Grated
  • 2 stalks Green Onion Chopped
  • 1/2 Pear or Apple Grated
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, grated pear or apple, and green onions. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is well-combined.
  • Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, tossing to ensure it is fully coated. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.
  • Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the beef for about 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. If grilling, cook for 1-2 minutes per side.
  • Once the beef is cooked, remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and extra green onions.

Notes

This versatile dish can be enjoyed in so many ways. Try it with rice, in lettuce wraps, or even on a salad for a lighter option. Add extra gochujang for some heat!
