  • 12 ounces rotini pasta
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  • Once the beef is fully cooked, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Cooking

  • Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let the sauce simmer for a couple of minutes.
  • Add the grated parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Keep stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
  • Toss the cooked rotini into the skillet, ensuring the pasta is well-coated with the sauce.
  • Cook for an additional minute or two to heat everything through.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a creamier sauce, substitute some of the heavy cream with cream cheese. You can also add extra garlic for enhanced flavor, and consider serving with garlic bread or a fresh green salad.
