  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (like dill or parsley, optional) Finely chop fresh herbs if using.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar.
  • Stir in the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Optional: If using fresh herbs, chop them finely and add them to the mixture.
  • Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
  • Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer it to a container with a lid.
  • Refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together before serving.
