  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Preparation

  • Place the chicken legs in the bottom of your crock pot, arranged in a single layer for even cooking.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until fully blended.
  • Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken legs, coating each piece evenly.

Cooking

  • Cover the crock pot with its lid. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours for best results.

Serving

  • Once cooked, carefully remove the chicken legs and place them on a serving dish. Brush on extra BBQ sauce if desired.
  • Serve with complementary sides like coleslaw, corn on the cob, or baked beans.
