Ingredients
  

For the chicken

  • 1 pound chicken breast – cut into bite-sized pieces Choose high-quality, preferably organic or free-range.
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise For a creamy texture.
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce Adds sweetness and heat.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika For color and flavor.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust based on preference.
  • as needed Cooking spray To prevent sticking.

For serving

  • 2 cups cooked white rice Rice complements the flavors.

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
  • Toss the chicken pieces in the sauce until well-coated.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.

Cooking

  • Arrange the coated chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
  • Cook the chicken for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Check that the chicken is golden brown and has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

Serving

  • Remove the chicken from the air fryer and serve it over warm, cooked white rice.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for 30 minutes before cooking. Serve with sautéed vegetables or transform into a wrap for variety.
