Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups mashed bananas (approximately 3 bananas)
  • 0.5 cup nut butter (such as almond or peanut butter)
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas and nut butter until smooth.
  • Add rolled oats, cinnamon, and salt to the banana mixture. Mix well.
  • Stir in vanilla extract, maple syrup, and chocolate chips until combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting them into squares.
