Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas and nut butter until smooth.
Add rolled oats, cinnamon, and salt to the banana mixture. Mix well.
Stir in vanilla extract, maple syrup, and chocolate chips until combined.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting them into squares.
