Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil or melted butter.
  • Rinse the sole fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Place the fillets in the prepared baking dish, skin-side down.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil or melted butter, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika (if using).
  • Brush the mixture evenly over each fillet, ensuring they are well-coated for flavor.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil to prevent drying out during baking.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove from the oven and let it sit for a couple of minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices for a beautiful presentation.
