Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, egg, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Whisk everything together until fully combined and smooth.

Baking

  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 to 35 minutes or until the top is set and slightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
