Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the Caesar dressing, heavy cream, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Whisk until smooth.

Cooking

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish. Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 75°C).
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
