At room temperature.

Apple Pie Filling
Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir in melted butter until crumbly. Set aside for topping.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate and chill in the refrigerator.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until creamy. Add the egg and mix until fully incorporated.
Spread cheesecake filling evenly onto the chilled pie crust.
Spoon apple pie filling over the cheesecake filling, then sprinkle the crumb topping evenly on top.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the filling is set and the topping is golden brown. Let cool on a wire rack for 1 hour, then refrigerate until chilled.
To serve, slice and optionally top with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.

Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. Can freeze for up to a month; thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
