Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Quick-Cooking Oats
  • 1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar Packed.
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp Salted Butter Melted.
  • 1 pie crust Homemade or Store-Bought
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese At room temperature.
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 3 cups Apple Pie Filling
  • Vanilla Ice Cream Optional.
  • Caramel Sauce Optional.

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir in melted butter until crumbly. Set aside for topping.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate and chill in the refrigerator.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until creamy. Add the egg and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Spread cheesecake filling evenly onto the chilled pie crust.
  • Spoon apple pie filling over the cheesecake filling, then sprinkle the crumb topping evenly on top.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until the filling is set and the topping is golden brown. Let cool on a wire rack for 1 hour, then refrigerate until chilled.
  • To serve, slice and optionally top with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. Can freeze for up to a month; thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
