  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk Can substitute with coconut cream and sugar.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, chocolate chips, chopped almonds, and sweetened condensed milk. Mix well until combined.
  • Scoop out portions of the dough and form them into balls.
  • Place the balls on the lined baking sheet, spacing them out.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes or until the tops are lightly golden brown.
  • Allow the cookies to rest on the baking sheet for 3-4 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
