  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds Optional; adds fiber and thickness.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Optional; adjust sweetness as desired.
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract Enhances almond flavor.
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds For topping; press into the mixture.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, add the rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, almond butter, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup (if using), and almond extract.
  • Stir until all the ingredients are well combined and the oats are fully coated.
  • Transfer the mixture into a mason jar or airtight container.
  • Top with sliced almonds, pressing them slightly into the oat mixture.
  • Seal the container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4-6 hours.

Serving

  • In the morning, stir well and add fresh fruit on top before serving.
  • Enjoy directly from the jar or transfer them into a bowl.
