  • 2 medium zucchinis Look for firm and glossy zucchinis.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Use to coat the zucchini.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For added flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder For added flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika For a smoky taste.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.

Optional toppings

  • Grated Parmesan cheese Sprinkle on top before serving.
  • Fresh herbs (like basil or oregano) For additional flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash the zucchinis thoroughly and cut off the ends.
  • Slice them into rounds or sticks based on preference.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cut zucchini with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss until the zucchini pieces are evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the seasoned zucchini in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Check for doneness and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes if crisper texture is desired.
  • Remove from air fryer and optional: sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese or fresh herbs.

Notes

Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket to allow even cooking. You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
