Ingredients
  

For the pizza

  • 4 large flour tortillas or whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a blend)
  • 1 cup favorite toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for brushing)
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (about 200°C).
  • If you like, brush a thin layer of olive oil on one side of each tortilla.
  • Spread about a quarter cup of sauce evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle cheese generously over the sauce on each tortilla.
  • Add your chosen toppings on top of the cheese.
  • Sprinkle the oregano or Italian seasoning over the toppings, along with any desired salt or pepper.

Cooking

  • Carefully place one tortilla pizza in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the cheese melts and becomes bubbly with slight browning.
  • Remove the cooked tortilla pizza from the air fryer and let it cool for a minute.
  • Slice it into wedges and serve immediately.
  • Repeat the cooking process for the remaining pizzas, adjusting the cooking time if needed.

Notes
