Ingredients
  

For the chips

  • 6 pieces Corn tortillas Use high-quality corn tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil or cooking spray Lightly coat the tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • to taste Optional seasonings (e.g., chili powder, garlic powder, lime zest) Customize seasoning based on preference

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cut the corn tortillas into triangles.
  • In a large bowl, lightly coat the tortilla triangles with olive oil or cooking spray.
  • Sprinkle salt and any optional seasonings on top and toss to distribute evenly.

Cooking

  • Place the tortilla chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry the tortilla chips for about 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Once golden brown and crispy, remove the chips and let them cool on a wire rack.
  • Repeat the process until all tortilla chips are cooked.

Notes

Let the chips cool completely to retain their crispness. Store in an airtight container at room temperature. For longer-lasting crunch, include a piece of parchment paper to absorb moisture.
