block extra-firm or firm tofu

low sodium soy sauce or tamari

seasoned rice vinegar

tsp.
sesame oil

cornstarch
Instructions
Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into 3/4-inch cubes.
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Add tofu cubes and gently toss to coat.
Sprinkle cornstarch over the marinated tofu and toss again until evenly coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Place tofu cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Check for doneness; tofu should be golden brown and crispy. Remove and serve hot.
