  • 1 pound tilapia fillets
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

Seasoning and Marinade

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 whole lemon, juiced For seasoning the tilapia

Preparation

  • Season the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, pepper, and salt. Toss until evenly coated.
  • In a separate bowl, season the tilapia fillets with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Ensure both sides are well coated.

Cooking

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the seasoned chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, shake the basket for even cooking. Add the tilapia fillets to the basket alongside the chicken.
  • Cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the tilapia is flaky and cooked through.
  • Carefully remove the chicken and tilapia from the air fryer, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
