Instructions
Scrub the sweet potatoes under running water, then dry them thoroughly.
Cut each sweet potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into quarters to create wedges.
Place the sweet potato wedges into a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle cornflour over the top and toss to coat.
In a separate bowl, mix oregano, coriander, smoked paprika, garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Pour the oil and seasoning mixture over the sweet potatoes and toss to ensure each wedge is coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F). Place the sweet potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking. Check for doneness; they should be tender and crispy.
