Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin strips.
  • In a large bowl, drizzle the olive oil over the sweet potato strips and toss until evenly coated.
  • Add the sea salt, paprika, and black pepper to the bowl and mix thoroughly.

Cooking

  • Spread the sweet potato strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  • Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Monitor closely towards the end to prevent overcooking.
  • Remove the fries once they are crispy and golden brown.

Serving

  • Serve hot with dips such as ketchup, guacamole, or spicy mayo.
