Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb sweet potatoes (orange, purple, or white varieties)
  • Tbsp. olive oil for crispiness
  • ½ tsp. fine sea salt adjust to taste
  • ¼ tsp. ground black pepper for heat
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder for depth of flavor
  • ¼ tsp. ground paprika for smokiness

Instructions
 

  • Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Slice them into uniform 1/4-inch-thick fries.
  • In a mixing bowl, drizzle the sweet potato fries with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Sprinkle over the oiled fries and toss again until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the seasoned fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-14 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Once golden brown and crispy, carefully remove the fries from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes
