sweet potatoes
(orange, purple, or white varieties)

Instructions
Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Slice them into uniform 1/4-inch-thick fries.
In a mixing bowl, drizzle the sweet potato fries with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
In a separate bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Sprinkle over the oiled fries and toss again until evenly coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place the seasoned fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-14 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
Once golden brown and crispy, carefully remove the fries from the air fryer and serve immediately.
